Slow Flow Hatha Yoga Class

January 19th 9:00 - 10:00 am

Join me for a gentle Hatha flow focusing on yummy hip opening postures. This is a routine I did regularly during my YTT journey to heal my own hips and alleviate hip pain.  It will be soft, slow, and very adaptable for beginners, but will also have something for all levels. 

The hips are associated with the sacral chakra, the Svadhisthana Chakra

Chakra Clearing Playshop

 Holly Hansen and I are teaming up again to teach another Psychic Playshop where you we will learn how to run energy through your chakras, clear them out, and set them at self healing. Step into the holiday season in a vibration of self healing.

In this playshop we will explore the ‘Clairs’ (your psychic/ spiritual abilities), open the third eye, and learn tools for:
- Protection and grounding,
- Psychic shielding and discernment,
- Separating from o
