In sacred space, beneath open skies, you’ll be held, seen, and witnessed — as you let it all go.
This is more than a half-day retreat.
It’s a ceremony of soul-clearing, nervous system reset, and spiritual rebirth.
Evening Flow
4:00 PM – Arrival + Grounding
- Welcome ceremony
- Energetic cleanse + embodiment drop-in
- Guided release meditation
4:45 PM – Nourishment + Soul Food
- Grounding dinner to settle the body
- Sharing circle on “What am I done holding?”
6:00 PM – The Burn Ritual
- Write it down. Burn it up.
- Guided release journaling
- Individual and collective fire letting-go ceremony
6:45 PM – Breath + Sound Clearing
- Breathwork for emotional detox
- Sound bath to harmonize and restore
- Sacred silence to integrate
7:30 PM – Witness & Water Ritual
- Water blessing to soothe, seal, and restore
- Group reflection & celebration of what’s been released
9:00 PM – Closing the Space
- Final blessings, grounding, and integration
- Optional afterglow with cacao + moonlit chats

Experience the sacred medicine of cacao. Cacao is a Master Plant Teacher that opens the heart and teaches us gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. Cacao ceremonies are supportive experiences that nourish connection, creativity, and help support our emotional wellbeing.
To celebrate Gaia’s Apothecary’s new cacao menu, we will be holding ceremony to connect with the spirit of cacao. How does she want to support you on your path?
